TDCI, EES-SIYAKHA and SABPP are proud to present the 9th Annual Employment Equity, Diversity and Transformation (EEDT) Summit from 18 to 21 November at the Wanderers Club, Illovo, Johannesburg.
The theme of the 2019 EEDT Summit is: Excellence in Transformation and Inclusion.
As with our previous EEDT Summits, the purpose of the event is (1) to showcase EEDT best practice, (2) create an opportunity for companies to benchmark against industry leaders and (3) to stimulate creative collaboration and networking opportunity within the EEDT fraternity.
The Summit’s exciting format:
A High-Level Two-Day Conference: This conference is aimed at HR Executives and HR and Transformation practitioners. The conference will be a must attend event that, besides powerful keynote presentations, will showcase the case studies from all the category award winners. Summit attendees will also receive a conference pack that will include a sketch of all the Best Practice Initiatives of the Award finalists. The event presents an excellent opportunity to benchmark against the best.
A Two-Day Post Conference Workshop: The workshop will focus on Professionalising EE, Diversity and Transformation practices. The workshop will be aligned to the SABPP Standard for EE and Diversity and Inclusion and will provide practitioners with a framework for strategically planning and executing transformation initiatives. Delegates attending the programme will receive a SABPP EE and Diversity and Inclusion CPD certificate (16 points).
